About this product
Shirosukhi is the preparation behind Shiro Abhyangam, the head and neck massage given here for the kind of headache that comes from a screen rather than an illness. It is a coconut-oil base carrying amla, hibiscus, curry leaves, henna, bhringraj, aloe vera, fenugreek and brahmi.
Used regularly it nourishes the scalp, strengthens the roots and reduces breakage, and it leaves the hair with a shine that has nothing added to produce it. Most people notice the scalp feeling different before they notice anything about the hair.
How to use it
Warm a small quantity between the palms and work it into the scalp with the fingertips, not the nails, for a few minutes. Leave it in for at least an hour, or overnight if you can stand it, then wash out with a mild shampoo. Twice a week is enough.
