Kalaripayattu for Our Soldiers

In Feb 2022, Athmakalari was honored with an invitation to conduct an intensive 10 Days long Kalaripayattu program for the Indian Army, Madras regiment. Our team was privileged to have this unique opportunity to impart this ancient martial art’s wisdom and techniques to the brave soldiers serving our nation.

The primary objective of the program was to introduce a comprehensive Kalaripayattu routine to the soldiers. This regimen is meticulously designed to enhance flexibility and agility, sharpening the physical readiness of our warriors. Additionally, the program emphasized the development of mind-body coordination and improved reflexes.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Indian Army for allowing us to share our expertise in Kalaripayattu.
